About Ken

Ken is an office leasing specialist primarily responsible for Tenant Representation, working with clients of all sizes and industries. Having founded and built a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management firm, he understands the needs and challenges of business owners. Ken works alongside his clients to advise and help resolve the issues they face related to the facilities and operations of their business. He finds reward in becoming a trusted resource and forming long standing relationships with his clients.

Ken joined Avison Young in 2013 as Principal-Managing Director of the Tampa office. Prior to this, he was both a founding member and Broker of Record for Lane Witherspoon & Carswell Commercial Real Estate Advisors and L&W Commercial Property Management. He grew these companies from 700,000 square feet under management and 4,000,000 square feet of listings to 2,200,000 square feet under management, and 5,300,000 square feet of listings in just over six years. He has over 20 years of experience in the Tampa Bay Commercial Real Estate Industry. Ken started his extensive career with a local developer, Hogan Burt Bishop. After his initial Success in the industry, Ken was hired by Trammell Crow Company as a Vice President of Office Leasing.
