About Kirk

Kirk Rich is the Principal of Avison Young's Atlanta Agency Leasing Group and brings more than 37 years of commercial real estate experience to the nation's fastest growing full service commercial real estate company. Prior to joining Avison Young, Kirk was Founder and CEO of Rich Real Estate Services, a full-service real estate brokerage company founded in 2001, which was acquired by Avison Young in 2017. He specializes in third-party landlord representation and providing brokerage and consulting services for commercial properties throughout the U.S. During his career, Kirk has completed more than 3,000 commercial leasing, property acquisition and disposition transactions, and represented more than 12 million square feet of commercial space while assisting local, national and multinational firms.
