About Konstantine T.

In the past 16 years, Konstantine has developed a reputation for his creative and thorough approach to strategic real estate solutions. He joined Avison Young in 2014 after 11 successful years at MB Real Estate. Konstantine began as a leasing agent in 2003, and represented clients including GE Asset Management, Apollo Global Management, Chetrit Group, and The Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois. Today, Konstantine works exclusively in tenant representation and draws from his landlord background to lend a valuable perspective to the negotiation process.

As a tenant advisor for Avison Young, Konstantine advises clients regarding financial analysis, lease negotiations, investment operations, project management, and strategic planning. Relying on his vast market expertise and extensive resources, he has successfully closed transactions for local and nationally based clients including Centro, GfK Holdings, Ghafari, and NCG Banco, S.A.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Konstantine was a financial analyst with Equity Residential where he was responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, performing due diligence and compiling strategic market analysis. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and earned his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School. Konstantine is an active board member at Mercy Home for Boys and Girls and he resides in Chicago with his wife, Maria, and their two children, Alexandra and Theodore.
