About Kurt

Kurt Cherry brings his extensive Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate experience to Avison Young’s leasing team. Kurt has more than 25 years of experience exclusively representing landlords for established commercial real estate firms. He has consistently consummated numerous lease transactions annually. Kurt has leased over one million square feet of office and medical office space in the DFW and
North Texas area. His deep knowledge of the market and strong relationships with the Dallas area brokerage community give him an advantage in meeting and exceeding his client’s goals.

Mr. Cherry’s background and current accountabilities include overseeing property management, leasing and marketing initiatives, plus long-term strategies for his entire DFW portfolio.

Through his proven performance and experience leasing medical office buildings he has acquired a strong understanding of the requirements of medical/health care tenants. He focuses on serving and balancing the needs of landlords and asset
managers to bring a higher level of service to his clients and the tenants in the buildings he leases.
