About Kyle

Kyle Farrell serves as an Associate within Avison Young’s Phoenix office, where he works alongside Principals Matt Milinovich and James DeCremer specializing in landlord and tenant representation across the Valley. Since joining the team in 2023 as an intern, Kyle has built a growing portfolio of leasing assignments spanning power centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, neighborhood centers, and mixed-use projects.

Kyle works with both national and regional clients, including Vestar, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Robeks Smoothies, and Club Pilates. He takes a strategic approach to leasing, helping property owners fill spaces with quality tenants and helping retailers identify prime locations. His approach blends market insight with a strong commitment to client objectives, ensuring a seamless leasing process from initial planning to executed deals.

A graduate of Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, Kyle earned a degree in Business Communication and served as Director of Operations for the ASU Real Estate Club as well as a Senator in Undergraduate Student Government. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and connecting with others in the community.
