Laura Mintz is a Property Manager for Avison Young’s Boston Real Estate Management Services Group.Laura is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties in the Boston market, consisting of commercial office, medical office, retail, and industrial facilities.

Laura brings 30 years of experience managing complex urban and suburban portfolios for institutional owners. Before joining Avison Young in 2025, she held senior roles at FM Global Insurance/Hobbs Brook Real Estate, Mori Trust, and Clarion Real Estate Partners, overseeing millions of square feet of Class A mixed-use office, life science, and industrial properties across Greater Boston. Her expertise spans team leadership, budgeting, capital and sustainability programs, strategic planning, risk mitigation, and operational performance enhancement, supported by strong industry relationships and a proven track record of delivering value.
