Lauren Farmer is a commercial real estate advisor with Avison Young in Knoxville, where she focuses on multifamily, investment, and development opportunities across East Tennessee, while also advising clients on retail, land, and office transactions. She works closely with investors, developers, landlords, and business owners to identify opportunities and navigate acquisitions, leasing, and long-term growth.

A Knoxville native, University of Tennessee graduate, and lifelong Vols fan, Lauren is deeply connected to the local community and genuinely invested in its growth. She is passionate about contributing to Knoxville’s continued evolution through thoughtful development and strategic investment
