About Lea

Lea Voytovich is a Senior Associate on Avison Young’s Tristate Investment Sales Team where she plays a key role in transaction management, market research, and underwriting for a broad range of property types including office, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use assets. She has over four years of experience in the real estate industry, with a background spanning both the buy and sell sides of transactions. Her professional expertise includes brokerage, acquisitions, and asset management, contributing to a total transaction volume of approximately $500 million.

Prior to her brokerage career, she worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at Northwood Investors, a registered investment advisor that was founded by John Kukral, former President and CEO of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors. In the role, she underwrote over $5 billion of real estate across the US, and she played a significant role in the acquisition of a $382 million Class-A office portfolio in Seattle. Her early exposure to large-scale acquisitions helped sharpen her analytical and deal-structuring skills. With a trajectory rooted first in acquisition analysis and now in brokerage, Lea is committed to delivering rigorous analysis, informed market insight, and client-focused service.

She is active within the NYC real estate community and is a member of the Young Men and Women’s Real Estate Association and REBNY. She also serves on the advisory board of the University of Michigan’s Weiser Center for Real Estate and was recognized on Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30” list for top sales and leasing professionals.

Lea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
