About Leslie

Leslie Brown, CCIM, has over twelve years of experience advising clients across investment sales and residential development. Her work has centered on helping developers unlock value through land entitlement, assembly, and “land packaging” – the process of positioning vacant land for development and bringing it to market for institutional and private buyers. As the former Founder and Broker Owner of Colorado Craft Brokers, she led a team of independent professionals to bridge real estate opportunities between Colorado’s mountain resort markets and the Front Range of Denver. Leslie has advised clients in Main Street and middle market transactions, and while leading her own firm, Leslie closed more than $250M in commercial real estate transactions, managing each deal from valuation to closing.

A graduate of the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing and Real Estate, Leslie earned a distinction as the top student in her class. She is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and completed her CCIM designation in 2025. She lives in Denver with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, travel, cooking and painting.
