Leslie Ciucci joined Avison Young as a result of the November 2013 acquisition of McShea & Company, Inc. Leslie has over 22 years of experience in the fields of lease administration, commercial leasing, and property management. She has been with the company for the past three years. Previously Leslie was the Director of Lease Administration for HealthSouth Corporation, headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. Leslie oversees the Lease Administration Department which is focused on ensuring all landlord and tenant obligations under the lease. Leslie is a candidate for BOMI’s Real Property Administrator.
