About Liam

Liam is a detail-oriented real estate professional with a strong foundation in accounting and property operations. He earned his Master of Accounting from Elon University in 2024 and began his career with internships at Grant Thornton, where he supported the firm’s tax division and developed a solid understanding of financial reporting and compliance.

Most recently, Liam served as a Property Manager at Anchor Health Properties, where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of healthcare real estate assets. In this role, he managed tenant relations, coordinated maintenance and capital improvement projects, and partnered with leasing and asset management teams to support occupancy and retention goals. Liam also oversaw budgeting and financial reporting, including operating expense reconciliations, rent collections, and variance analysis, ensuring properties performed in line with ownership objectives. Additionally, he worked closely with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of property performance and tenant satisfaction.
