About Libby

Libby Hodes (formerly Miller) is a Director at Avison Young specializing in retail leasing and tenant representation. With nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience, she has worked with landlords, tenants, and investors across the retail, office, and industrial sectors, advising on leasing strategy, market expansion, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Libby was a Senior Analyst at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions, where she advised institutional owners and retailers on leasing and strategic initiatives. Previously, she was a Senior Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Brokerage and Retail Services group, representing both landlords and tenants on leasing assignments and growth strategies.

Earlier in her career, Libby worked on the acquisitions team at Hildreth Real Estate Advisors, evaluating and executing real estate investments across Manhattan. She began her career as a commercial leasing broker at Oxford Property Group.
