As a native of Orlando, Lisa Bailey has more than two decades of experience in directing her clients through Central Florida's explosive growth. Bailey’s network of contacts developed over her career has proven to be invaluable in accomplishing her clients' objectives. During her career, she has closed more than 1,000 commercial real estate transactions. Bailey’s strategy for success has been her ability to listen to her clients' needs and implement a strategic plan to accomplish their goals.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Bailey was Senior Vice President at Morrison Commercial Real Estate. Prior to that, she served as Managing Director and Senior Director of Office/Industrial Services for the GVA Advantis in Orlando. Bailey has also held sales and leasing brokerage positions at Southland Management Associates, Faison & Associated, Trammell Crow, NAI Welsh Companies, and Carter & Associates USA.
