With over 20 years of experience in property management, Lisa brings a well-rounded background across both commercial and residential portfolios. She is recognized for her professionalism, strong financial and operational oversight, and her ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, clients, and teams.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Lisa served as a residential Property Manager with Maloney Properties, Inc., where she managed a non-profit, affordable housing community with a focus on compliance, resident relations, and subsidy program administration. She partnered with housing authorities, managed leasing operations, and ensured adherence to complex regulatory requirements.

Earlier in her career, Lisa managed a one-million-square-foot commercial portfolio with Normandy Real Estate Partners, leading financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, capital planning, and cross-functional team coordination. She began her career with The Dolben Company, Inc., where she developed a strong foundation in residential operations, leasing, financial administration, and marketing.

Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Management from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Framingham State University, graduating with honors and earning multiple academic distinctions. She also holds COS Certification and is proficient in a range of industry systems.
