About Lisa

Lisa Lombardi is a Principal and Director of Real Estate Management Services for Georgia and South Carolina. She leads business development, client relationship management, and financial oversight, while supervising a team managing more than 30 million square feet across industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use properties.

With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Lisa brings expertise in property management, project management, and accounting. She is known for building long-term client relationships that consistently deliver strong results. Lisa was also named a GlobeSt. Women of Influence Class of 2026 honoree, recognizing her leadership and impact across the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Lisa served as Senior Property Manager at Madison Marquette, overseeing a 600,000-square-foot portfolio of office, medical, and industrial assets. Earlier, as Vice President of Property Management at SK Commercial Realty, she managed a 2 million-square-foot portfolio and led all aspects of operations, including capital projects, tenant relations, and financial reporting.
