About Lisa

As Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s Nashville office, Lisa Maki is passionate and focused on elevating the client base, managing broker operations, and recruiting high-caliber individuals to expand market share across multiple service lines. She is enthusiastic about driving growth and creating meaningful impact in this dynamic and exciting market.

Since joining Avison Young, Lisa has concentrated on investment sales, with a primary focus on office, multifamily, and land in the urban core and surrounding regions. Her role involves collaborating with team members on production, strategic planning, special projects, client business development, and marketing initiatives.

With a 20-year career in commercial real estate, Lisa has participated in over $1.4 billion in sales and leasing transactions. In addition to her real estate expertise, she brings more than 18 years of experience in the airline industry, working in various capacities within public, government, corporate, and professional sports environments.

Lisa is also deeply committed to her community and industry, serving in leadership roles and actively participating in various professional and nonprofit organizations within Nashville.
