About Louis

Louis Thibault serves as the West Region Manager for Market Intelligence, primarily tracking office assets while also leading the firm's national research on Technology and Artificial Intelligence. At Avison Young, Louis plays a key role in driving strategic insights and thought leadership. He supports brokers and senior leadership with customized market intelligence, real-time competitive analysis, and data-driven recommendations that enhance client advisory.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Louis most recently served as a Consultant at Exponent, where he excelled in project and program management, reliably guiding clients with strategic and actionable insights. His adept knowledge of data visualization as well as data remediation was critical in assisting clients through complex projects. Louis has a long track record of deep technological expertise having also worked in the Architecture and Civil Engineering industries.

Louis graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a dual concentration in both Hydraulic and Geotechnical Engineering.
