About Luke

A Senior Vice President in Avison Young’s Downtown Los Angeles office, Luke Eskigian has more than 20 years of project management services experience. Well versed in all facets of project and construction management, he oversees and coordinates design and construction for occupier client projects and build-outs.

Drawing on his skills as a detail-oriented manager, Luke expertly leads project management teams from design through move-in, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budget constraints. A hands-on project lead, Luke works directly with tenants, contractors and architects, bringing best practices to bear throughout the life of each project.

Luke joins Avison Young from DTZ and MPG Office Trust, Inc. (formerly Maguire Properties). He has also served as a Senior Project Manager for Arden Realty, Inc. and as a Vice President of Construction Management at Transwestern.

Recent Experience

Having joined Avison Young in the summer of 2015, Luke is involved in many projects that are currently in progress.  Luke’s project management experience before joining Avison Young is both broad and varied: he has managed projects smaller than 1,000 square feet and as large as 100,000 square feet. He has worked with clients in a wide array of industries, including public administration and government, education, law firms and legal, financial and insurance, entertainment, technology and many more. Throughout his career, he has focused on markets in Southern California, with extensive experience in the Los Angeles CBD and surrounding areas.
