About Madeeha

Madeeha Halim is an Assistant Property Manager and works for the Property Management team at Avison Young’s New York City office. Madeeha is responsible for providing the Property Manager with administrative and building operations support for her assigned property.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Madeeha worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Meringoff Properties, a boutique Real Estate firm in New York City, where she supported a Portfolio Manager and a Property Manager in maintaining 4 class B commercial properties. She also spent 3.5 years with Hines Interests as a Management Assistant for the Property Management team at 1251 Avenue of the Americas.
