About Madison

Madison’s career in commercial real estate began in the spring of 2022 with an internship at Avison Young, where she quickly discovered her passion for cultivating strong client relationships and guiding businesses through strategic site selection, acquisitions, and dispositions. Her desire to specialize in retail leasing and land sales led her to join Brande Benson in the winter of 2022 as a Client Service Coordinator. In this role, Madison gained hands-on experience working alongside both institutional landlords and local developers, sharpening her skills in deal execution and market strategy. After obtaining her Tennessee Real Estate License in the fall of 2023, Madison transitioned into a brokerage role, where she has since represented a variety of regional and local brands. In this capacity, Madison navigates market dynamics, evaluate trade areas, and position clients for sustained growth. Whether it’s identifying high-potential markets or negotiating favorable lease terms. Madison finds fulfillment in building lasting partnerships and playing an integral role in helping brands scale with confidence. 

Madison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in the spring of 2023, where she concentrated in Marketing with a focus on Sales. Her academic foundation, paired with her hands-on experience, has equipped her with a strong understanding of market strategy relationship-driven deal making, and strategic communication—skills she continues to leverage in her real estate career.

Currently, Madison is dedicated to expanding her professional network on both a local and national level.  With a deep appreciation for the Tennessee region, she is passionate about playing a key role in its ongoing growth by helping bring innovative retail concepts and thoughtful developments to the communities she serves.
