About Makenzie

Makenzie Olsen is an Associate in Avison Young’s Houston office specializing in Healthcare and Life Sciences. With a strong foundation in market research, site evaluation, and data management, Makenzie has developed a keen analytical mindset and a proactive approach to project planning. 

Previously, Makenzie held an internship with NewQuest, where she utilized industry-standard tools such as CoStar, LandVision, and GIS systems to identify potential sites for clients. During this time, she also demonstrated high attention to detail by optimizing tenant inventory management systems and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance property brochures and digital eblasts.
