- As of July 2024, Manhattan offices are 79.3% as busy as they were in July 2019. Manhattan has led the way for return-to-office policies compared to other major office markets across the U.S.
- The overall U.S. busyness currently sits at 63.7% of July 2019 levels. Manhattan has seen +15.6% additional busyness than the U.S. average.
- Moving further into 2024, it will be interesting to see if this upward trend continues through Q3 and Q4, or if we have mostly leveled out.
