About Maria

Maria Zamora joined Avison Young in 2026 in the role of Assistant Property Manager providing support to an industrial portfolio in the Greater Miami market. Prior to joining Avison Young, she was a Client Service Associate at Oppenheimer & Company, where she supported Financial Advisors with account management, client onboarding, and daily administrative operations. She assisted with processing client transactions, preparing account documentation, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. She also worked closely with the AML and Legal departments to review documentation and support due diligence for higher-risk accounts while maintaining accurate client records.

Before joining Oppenheimer, Maria worked as an Assistant Property Manager at MHC Property Management, where she handled tenant billing, lease administration, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and office operations. She worked closely with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the property operated smoothly and that service requests were addressed in a timely manner.

Prior to that, she spent more than ten years with Quest Workspaces, where she held several roles, including Leasing Manager, Operations Manager, and Community Director. Her responsibilities included leasing office space, building client relationships, supporting business development efforts, overseeing daily operations, and managing community engagement. She also supervised staff, coordinated marketing initiatives, and helped maintain a positive experience for both prospective and existing clients.
