About Matt

Matt is a Senior Associate in Avison Young’s Nashville office, where he works with Buist Richardson on industrial leasing and sales assignments throughout the Nashville market.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Matt was an Associate at Stream Realty Partners, specializing in industrial tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. His experience includes business development, client advisory, and evaluating real estate strategies in support of client growth objectives.

Before entering commercial real estate, Matt was a teacher and lacrosse coach at Montgomery Bell Academy, where he led multiple state championship teams and earned Coach of the Year honors.
