About Matt

Matt Kelly joins Avison Young in 2026 as an associate within the firm’s quickly expanding industrial services platform in the Upstate. Prior to joining the Greenville team, Matt interned with Avison Young in Charleston, where he supported industrial brokerage efforts through targeted prospecting, client engagement, and exposure to active deal processes across the Lowcountry.

Matt is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first mindset—qualities shaped through his experience as a Division I student-athlete at Clemson University. He approaches each project with discipline and accountability, helping ensure a responsive, seamless process from initial outreach through execution.

Prior to graduation Matt gained experience in strategic communications and enterprise risk management at Clemson University, strengthening his ability to think analytically, communicate effectively, and collaborate across stakeholders. His well-rounded background allows him to support both internal teams and clients with clarity and efficiency.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science from Clemson University, graduating with honors and academic distinction.
