Matthew Turse has over 30 years of experience in the sales, leasing, and consultation of industrial property in the northern New Jersey marketplace on behalf of Owners, Investors, Developers and Tenants. Matt’s primary responsibilities include providing industrial brokerage leadership out of the Morristown, NJ office utilizing his market expertise, client development and transaction management.

Matt was named a Principal at Avison Young and along with his partner Tim Cadigan, leads a 5-person team focused on bringing best-in-class services for their clients. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Turse was an Associate Vice President for a national Commercial Real Estate services firm specializing in Industrial Brokerage Tenant and Landlord Representation, as well as being a member of their Food & Beverage Facility Practice Group.
