About Max

Max Forrest joined Avison Young as a Senior Vice President in the firm’s Washington, DC office in November 2025. He focuses exclusively on advising office tenants throughout the District, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, working with nonprofits and associations, professional services firms, government contractors, and technology companies. Max guides clients through every stage of the real estate process including space planning, workplace strategy, market evaluation, financial analysis, and lease negotiations.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Max worked at Savills US and spent eight years at The Tenant Agency, where he rose to the position of Partner. His experience across a diverse mix of occupiers has positioned him as a trusted advisor to organizations throughout the DMV.
