About Melinda

Melinda joined Avison Young’s San Francisco office in February 2021.  Ms. Ta is an invaluable member of a top-performing San Francisco tenant representation and agency leasing team.  She is responsible for executing marketing deliverables and providing transaction advisory services for all office lease transactions.  Ms. Ta brings 20+ years of professional services experience with over 10 years in the commercial real estate industry. She assisted in more than 8 million square feet of leases in San Francisco Bay Area.
