Since beginning his real estate career in 1989, Mitch has concluded lease and sale transactions representing landlords, tenants, and buyers involving more than 10 million square feet of space worth in excess of $2 Billion. Mitch assists landlords and tenants in the lease-up and sale of office and retail properties throughout Southern California. Mitch currently represents landlords/owners in the lease up of Westside buildings.

Mitch’s clients include institutional landlords, regional and local commercial developers and numerous regional and national tenants.

During his career, Mitch has garnered numerous industry awards including Southern California Real Estate Journals “Hot Broker List” and The CoStar Group “Power Broker” award.
