About Nathan

Nathan Cobb joined Avison Young’s Dallas office in August 2021 after finishing his degree at Texas A & M University. He is currently an associate focused on occupier solutions and tenant representation. During the summer of 2020, Nathan completed an internship in our Avison Young Dallas office focused on landlord representation (leasing). He also has experience working in construction and development. 

Nathan’s diverse commercial real estate background makes him a well-rounded and knowledgeable team member. Strong skills in communication, problem solving, and leadership allow him to build valuable and productive professional relationships with clients and colleagues. Nathan is dedicated and persistent in finding creative and beneficial solutions to his clients’ office space needs.

Growing up in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area has provided Nathan with a deep understanding of the different submarkets and evolving market trends in the DFW metroplex.
