About Ned

A Vice President broker in the Greenville office, Ned Reynolds primarily focuses on the leasing and sales of office and healthcare properties as well as investment sales. Born and raised in North Carolina and having lived in South Carolina since college, Ned is well versed in the growth and opportunities of the Carolinas.

Since joining Avison Young in 2018, Ned has brokered over $70 million of commercial real estate sales and leases for his clients. In his third year, he was a top producer in the Greenville office. He is a graduate of Clemson University and is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is part of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals and an active member of Downtown Presbyterian Church.

Outside of the office, Ned enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, riding his motorcycle, and working in his garage workshop.
