About Nick

Nick Gregorios joined the Tysons Corner office in April 2011 as a Senior Associate.  He was later promoted to Vice President in January 2014 and named a Principal of Avison Young in February 2016. Formerly, he was an Associate in Brokerage Services as well as a Research Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield, which he joined in 2008.  Since joining Avison Young, Nick and his team have successfully closed over 1,000 real estate transactions – including leases, sales, consulting and advisory assignments.  Nick specializes in landlord representation and corporate tenant representation across Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC region. 

Nick served as a member of Avison Young’s Washington, DC Region Executive Committee from its inception in 2019 through 2024, and is also currently involved in the following positions:

• Arlington County – Economic Development Commission – Chair (2026), Vice Chair (2025) and Commissioner
• NAIOP Northern Virginia – Board of Directors
• CREBA of Greater Washington, DC – Board of Directors
• The Langley School – Board of Trustees
