About Nick

As a Senior Vice President in Avison Young’s Charlotte office, Nick focuses on office and land transactions across the Carolinas.

Since joining Avison Young in early 2016, Nick has worked with institutional and regional firms to address their real estate throughout the region. His clientele includes corporate users, developers, investment firms, family office partnerships and high-net-worth investors.

Prior to Avison Young, Nick worked in finance as a business project lead and account specialist focusing on client growth for a Fortune 500 company. Nick attended West Virginia University where he received a degree in Finance. In addition to his studies, Nick was a four-year letter winner and team captain of the WVU Men’s Soccer Team. Nick is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
