About Nick

Nicholas began his career in 2023 as an Audit Associate in KPMG’s South Florida practice, where he serviced a large public integrated client, as well as private equity funds with AUM over $1.5 billion.

After achieving his CPA, Nicholas leveraged his strong analytical background and unwavering passion for commercial real estate to join Avison Young’s Investment Sales team in South Florida as a Financial Analyst.
