She has supported listing strategies, coordinated high-profile events, and contributed to digital marketing campaigns that enhanced brand visibility and client retention. Her early exposure to the full sales cycle, from construction to closing, has shaped her comprehensive understanding of the real estate process.

With a passion for connecting people to places, Nicole combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience to deliver value across every stage of the transaction. Nicole holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business, with a focus in Marketing and a minor in Public Relations/Advertising.
