About Nicole

Nicole Gray is a Lease Administration Manager with Avison Young’s Occupier Services team, bringing 17 years of experience in commercial real estate and lease administration. Since joining Avison Young in 2024, she has supported clients in the coordination and delivery of lease abstraction services, working closely with both clients and service delivery teams to help maintain accurate lease records and portfolio data.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Nicole worked in lease administration, operations support, and account management roles at Newmark. She spent much of her career at JLL, where she developed extensive experience supporting commercial real estate portfolios and lease data management processes. Her background includes lease abstraction coordination, document review, and supporting the ongoing administration of multi-location real estate portfolios.
