About Nils

Nils Taylor serves as a Market Intelligence Analyst for the Market Intelligence team in Boston. Nils is a recent graduate of Colby College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Art. Prior to graduation, he gained valuable industry experience as a Summer Analyst at Northbridge Partners. In this role, he supported the acquisitions team by creating cash flow analyses and asset models, with a particular focus on last-mile distribution industrial facilities. His responsibilities included conducting site tours and preparing offering memorandums for properties throughout Massachusetts. Additionally, Nils completed an internship at Eastdil Secured as a Commercial Real Estate Trainee, where he developed Excel models for properties across various asset classes and expanded his industry knowledge through collaboration with a team of experienced analysts.
