About Noel

Noel serves as Principal and Managing Director for Avison Young’s Dallas office, where he is responsible for expanding the firm’s capabilities across brokerage, property management, project management, and valuation services. In this role, he fosters stronger collaboration among cross-functional teams while driving strategic growth and enhancing overall client service delivery.

Noel brings nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He joins the firm following a 19-year tenure with an international commercial real estate firm, where he served as Senior Vice President in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Over the course of his career, Noel has completed more than 14 million square feet of commercial transactions. His expertise includes lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, build-to-suit developments, site selection, data and technology centers, and the disposition of surplus real estate.
