About Onisha

With a decade of experience in workplace design, strategy, and project management, Onisha brings a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary approach to delivering successful projects. Having worked across hospitality, healthcare, and corporate workplace sectors, she has developed a deep understanding of how space influences business performance and the user experience. Her expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from concept development to execution, with a strong focus on creating efficient and engaging workplace solutions. She began her career in New York City, gaining experience in a fast-paced, high-profile market before transitioning to Raleigh, North Carolina, where she continues to apply her broad industry knowledge to diverse project environments. She is currently the Project Management Office (PMO) lead for Epic Games, where she ensures project alignment with business goals, reporting, and process improvement.

Before joining Avison Young, Onisha held roles in workplace strategy, project design, and furniture project management, working on both local and global initiatives. Her diverse background across design, strategy, and execution allows her to approach projects with a unique perspective, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful results.
