About Owen

Owen Fullwood joined Avison Young’s Greenville office as an Associate Broker in 2026, specializing in tenant representation and industrial leasing.

Owen’s interest in real estate began during his time at the College of Charleston, where he developed an appreciation for the city’s rich architectural history and historic homes. While studying, he discovered a particular interest in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, where his passion for connecting people with places truly took shape.

After graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation and Community Planning, Owen returned to the Upstate to launch his commercial real estate career with Avison Young. Based in Greenville, he takes a detail-oriented, hands-on approach to service his clients by emphasizing relationship building through in-person meetings, market engagement, and consistent communication.

Outside of the office, Owen enjoys studying historic architecture, collecting antiques, and spending time outdoors.
