About Parker

Parker McFarland began his career in commercial real estate while attending the University of Central Florida, where he connected with an owner of Dunhill Properties through a real estate development course. He joined the firm as a part-time commercial leasing agent while completing his undergraduate degree, gaining early experience in tenant relations and leasing.

Upon graduation, Parker transitioned into a full-time role as a Commercial Property Manager with Dunhill Properties, where he oversaw day-to-day operations across a portfolio of retail, industrial, and office assets. In this role, he developed a strong foundation in property operations, tenant relations, and lease compliance.

In early 2024, Parker joined Real Property Specialists, Inc., where he continued his professional development in an expanded role. He took on increased responsibilities across both operational oversight and financial performance, including budgeting and CAM reconciliations. Parker also provided proactive oversight to improve billing accuracy, manage delinquencies, and support overall asset performance. In addition, he mentored team members and contributed to process improvements that enhanced efficiency and overall portfolio performance.

Parker is committed to continued growth in the commercial real estate industry and looks forward to contributing to Avison Young’s collaborative, client-focused platform.
