Patrick Dwyer joined Avison Young as an Associate after obtaining his Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's License, following three years of experience in sales. His primary focus is on both tenant and landlord representation in the Greater Philadelphia office, industrial, and healthcare market sectors. Patrick works directly with institutional investors, developers, and users where he advises them on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of commercial real estate assets.

Patrick graduated from Saint Joseph's University in 2022 with a degree in Entrepreneurship.
