Patrick Madigan is a Director in the Tri-State Investment Sales group in Avison Young’s New York City office. He joined the firm in 2023 where he continues a career devoted to sell-side representative investment sales throughout Brooklyn and Queens. He has been involved in the execution of more than $1 billion in aggregate transactions throughout the boroughs. Patrick has a strong track record of transactions across all asset classes, though he has developed a keen knowledge and specialized skill set for selling existing mixed-use/multi-family buildings and ground-up development sites for residential and commercial use.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Patrick served as a Vice President on JLL’s Outer Borough Investment Sales Team in their New York City office, a role he held for 5 years. Prior to his time with JLL, Patrick was with Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales Group for 4 years. While with Cushman & Wakefield, he also specialized in sell-side representation of investment properties throughout Brooklyn. Before entering commercial real estate brokerage, Patrick held roles ranging from Campaign Manager to Legislative Aide in various New York City/State political campaigns and government offices.

Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Marymount Manhattan College where he also served as President of the study body.
