About Paul

Paul Farrell joined Avison Young in 2023 as an Associate in the firm's Long Island office, specializing in industrial and office sales and leasing throughout Suffolk and Nassau county.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Paul served as an associate at another national firm on Long Island. Since then, he has completed several lease and sale transactions of industrial and office space representing both landlords and tenants.
Paul graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and is currently an active member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS).
