About Peter

Peter Gottsacker joined Avison Young’s U.S. Capital Markets Group in 2022. Based in New York, Peter’s primary responsibilities include working alongside Avison Young’s local and national deal teams to provide financial analysis in the valuation of assets of all product types, including office, multifamily, medical office, retail and industrial. In his role, Peter oversees the production of offering memorandums, performs underwriting analysis and coordinates deal closings, among a variety of other responsibilities for debt and equity and Investment sales transactions.
