About Priscilla

Priscilla joined Avison Young in June 2025 as a Senior Lease Administration / Account Manager with the Occupier Services team. She brings more than 15 years of experience across the corporate real estate and legal sectors, with deep expertise in lease administration, transaction management, and paralegal services. She has successfully managed large, multi-state commercial portfolios and supported the full lease lifecycle, including lease abstraction, drafting and negotiation support, amendments, estoppels, SNDAs, subleases, critical date tracking, and rent and operating expense review and approvals.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Priscilla held key real estate and legal support roles with organizations including Getir US and Tishman Speyer Properties. In these roles, she oversaw significant office, retail, and warehouse portfolios, managed high volumes of lease transactions, supported negotiations and renewals, and identified lease and billing discrepancies that resulted in measurable cost savings. She worked closely with legal, finance, asset management, and operations teams, and served as a primary point of contact for landlords and outside counsel on lease interpretation, disputes, and compliance matters.

In addition to her portfolio and transaction experience, Priscilla holds an ABA-approved paralegal certification with concentrations in real estate and business organizations. Her paralegal expertise includes legal research, contract drafting, entity formation and compliance filings, and title and UCC searches. Her combined legal and real estate background strengthens lease administration controls, supports risk reduction, and enhances overall client service delivery.
