About Rachel

Rachel is a Marketing Associate with three years of experience supporting Avison Young’s Philadelphia region. She partners with brokerage professionals across multiple sectors, including industrial, office, capital markets, retail, healthcare, and life sciences, producing a wide range of marketing materials such as pitch decks, proposals, digital campaigns, multi-step email campaigns, custom brochures, BOVs, OMs, and full property marketing packages. She is known for her detail-oriented, fast-paced work style and is recognized for taking projects from concept to completion with clarity, efficiency, and strong organization.

During her time at Avison Young, Rachel has played a key role in shaping the region’s marketing operations. She led the development and implementation of the property marketing intake process, from creating detailed forms to manage broker information intake to overseeing the creation of marketing collateral for a variety of assets. She has also streamlined the team’s email marketing workflow in HubSpot and collaborates with external designers to elevate high-visibility projects while maintaining consistent, polished branding.

Rachel is a proud Penn State graduate and earned her degree in broadcast journalism in 2021. Her background in journalism continues to influence her work, giving her the ability to communicate effectively, adapt quickly, thrive under pressure, and connect with a wide range of personalities. These strengths, combined with her interest in behind-the-scenes creative work, led her to pursue a career in commercial real estate marketing.
