Bob Wrightson joined Avison Young through the acquisition of McShea & Company in November 2013. Prior to joining Avison Young, he was with Moore & Associates, Inc. for 10 years, Cushman & Wakefield for 7 years and McShea & Company, Inc. for 11 years. Bob has more than 28 years of commercial leasing and sales experience in the Washington/Baltimore Metropolitan Area.  He has leased or sold over five million square feet of space, representing the interests of both landlords and tenants.

In fall 2008, Bob was elected to the Board of Directors for the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors and served on the board in 2009. In 2004 he was also awarded the CoStar Top 20 Power Broker Award. Bob has been a recipient of GWCAR's Multi-Million Dollar Leasing and Sales Award consistently since 2001.
