About Rogelio

Rogelio Martinez maintains multiple properties for Avison Young’s management portfolio in the Phoenix area. Rogelio was first hired by GPE Management Services in 2010, which was then acquired by Avison Young in 2016. He has worked in the industry since 1985 and has a wide-range of experience maintaining hi-rise and large building complexes. Rogelio has a personal knowledge of Arizona’s unique desert climate, resources, and building conditions.

Rogelio has maintained a wide variety of properties including, Class A Office, Hi-rise, Medical Office, Industrial, and Retail. Currently he oversees services at Camelback Tower, ASU Research Park, Grunow Medical Center, and Copper Point. In addition, he understands the unique needs of smaller and older office buildings, including those with historic status.

Multiple letters of recommendation have been sent by current and former tenants and clients regarding the high level of service Rogelio provides. He was most recently awarded the 2021 AY AZ Circle of Excellence award for REMS Tenant Ambassador.
