About Ronan

Ronan Remandaban is a Principal in Mission Critical, Infrastructure, and Advanced Manufacturing at Avison Young, where he works at the intersection of industrial real estate, power infrastructure, and large scale site development.

Over a 25-year career, Ronan has advised on more than 20 million square feet of transactions valued at over $1.5 billion, spanning industrial, development, and complex corporate acquisitions and dispositions. His current focus is on power intensive users: data center campuses, advanced manufacturing, and energy infrastructure including battery storage systems.

He guides projects from initial site control through infrastructure strategy and execution, working closely with utilities, landowners, and capital partners to unlock sites capable of supporting high density load requirements in supply constrained markets.

Ronan serves on the ULI Chicago Advisory Board and is Vice Chair of the Technology and Real Estate National Council at ULI.
